At MotusVoxPT, operated by DennTech Solutions and Services Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to fully explore the Service during your trial period. No payment is required during the trial.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription. After 30 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual subscription period.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error
  • Charges made after a cancellation was properly submitted
  • Service outages of more than 24 consecutive hours that significantly impacted your ability to use the Service
  • Technical issues caused by our platform that prevented normal use

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@motusvoxpt.com within 14 days of the charge you believe warrants a refund. Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing page within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
